​Do I need to bring my yoga mat?  Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided to all students in each class.  Towels and water will also be made available to students in each class.

Do you have a cancellation policy?  Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before your class.  If you miss a class and fail to provide the requisite notice, then you will still be charged for the class.

How do you ensure the safety and cleanliness of each class?  All attendees and staff members will have their temperature checked as they enter the studio.  The studio room and mats and other equipment will be cleaned between each class.
