As a certified yoga, Pilates, and wheel yoga instructor, she brings a unique and well-rounded approach to her teaching. With a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being, she guides her students through challenging yet enjoyable classes, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to explore their practice.

Her dedication and expertise have been recognized by the Classpass platform, where she has been awarded as the best 5 instructors and her yoga classes have consistently ranked within the top 10.

Prior to her career in the fitness industry, she over spent 12 years as a cabin crew for Cathay Pacific Airline. This experience allowed her to travel extensively and exposed her different cultures to and, backgrounds which further enhanced her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Before becoming a yoga instructor, she also worked as a model in the modeling industry. This experience helped her develop a deep understanding of body movement and posture, which she now incorporates into her teaching.

Driven by her passion for yoga and its transformative effects, she decided to found her own yoga studio, Inhale Exhale Yoga. As a business owner, she has the freedom to create a space that reflects her values and ideals and provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for her students.

Her commitment to self-growth and continuous learning is evident in her dedication to expanding her knowledge and skills. She regularly attends workshops and training programs to stay up to date with the latest yoga and fitness trends, ensuring that she can always offer the best experience to her students.
